Northern New Jersey’s greatly anticipated premiere food and wine events are almost here!

We are delighted that this year’s Chef’s Gala will be held on May 1st at the newly renovated and absolutely gorgeous Alpine Country Club!  And we couldn’t be more thrilled to announce that our Guest of Honor that evening will be legendary Chef André Soltner, Master Chef of France, former chef/owner of Lutèce, and dean at The French Culinary Institute.  Guests will enjoy exceptional cuisine from the area’s most celebrated chefs.  We will also be joined by special guest Mayor Cory Booker, as we embark upon our campaign to deliver one million meals to the city of Newark in 2008!

A more casual, but equally delicious and splendid evening, will be enjoyed by those who attend the Great Grill & Pig Out on May 21st at The Estate at Florentine Gardens.  Delight your palates in lovely surroundings with fine wines and culinary creations provided by more than 20 of the area’s most accomplished chefs. We are proud to be honoring Chef Waldy Malouf of Beacon Restaurant and Waldy’s Wood Fired Pizza & Penne. 

Our tradition of fabulous auctions will continue this year with a not-to-be missed live auction at the Chefs Gala and a silent auction that always pleases at the Great Grill & Pig Out.

Musical entertainment at both events will be provided by Mark Sganga & Friends and exceptional wines will be coordinated by Carlo Russo’s Wine & Spirit World in Ho-Ho-Kus.

• Your ticket to the Great Grill & Pig Out will provide three meals a day to a senior citizen couple for the year!
