As part of its recent 30th anniversary celebration, the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), known as Peter Kump's New York Cooking School until 2001, established an
Alumni Hall of Achievement, with an inaugural inductee class of 50 accomplished alumni. Inductees were chosen based on their achievements and dedication to the food industry, and Table to Table takes great pride in announcing that its very own President and founder,
Claire Insalata Poulos, was selected to be a member of this distinguished inaugural group.
BC The Magazine ran a feature article in its March/April 2006 issue about Table to Table, tracing the history of the organization, as well as its current activities and plans for the future. Don't miss this opportunity to learn more about why and how we do what we do.
